Knowledge Sharing, Publishing & Value Exchange
The Bureau for Engagement in Scientific Research & Academic Exchange (BESRA) was established in 2022 in Berlin, Germany to act as a global platform that connects scholars, academics, and professionals to address complex challenges through collaborative research and cross-sector dialogue. BESRA operates within three primary domains: knowledge sharing, publications, and certification value exchange.
Knowledge Sharing
BESRA provide a platform for academics and scholars to engage in international conferences, thematic roundtables, and expert-led seminars that generate interdisciplinary solutions for public and private research issues. These forums offer opportunities to present, share insights, and contribute to meaningful global discourse.
Publication
BESRA’s International Journal of Advanced Business Studies (IJABS) publishes open access quality research outputs generated through seminal papers, research activities, and conference proceedings. IJABS aims to enhance professional visibility and educational credentials.
Value Exchange certification
BESRA plays an important role in EcoVeritas Certification, a Malaysian based independent certification body that provides accredited verification and training in sustainability standards, green innovation, and environmental compliance. The BESRA Certification Committee plays a central role in maintaining the academic and professional integrity of all training programs. It is responsible for evaluating each syllabus to ensure alignment with sustainability and quality standards for coherence, content quality, and instructional relevance. The committee rigorously assesses whether course topics are logically structured, accurately reflect current industry practices, and contribute directly to the development of core competencies.
