Dr. Mudiarasan Kuppusamy is a Professor at the School of Graduate Studies, University Tun Abdul Razak (UNIRAZAK), Malaysia. He holds a PhD in Management from Western Sydney University and brings over two decades of academic and research experience, specializing in data modelling, digital strategy, and the socioeconomic impacts of ICT.

Prof. Dr. Erick Behar-Villegas is Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration at Berlin International University of Applied Sciences and a professor of behavioral economics at Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico. He holds a Ph.D. magna cum laude from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, where his interdisciplinary research examined how organizations attract talent in the digital era.
Before entering academia, he managed operations in the food and retail sectors across Europe, from nimble SMEs to the EDEKA Group, gaining firsthand expertise in supply chains, consumer behavior, and sustainability strategy.
