Abstract:
Digital transformation is inevitable and happening at different scales and scopes. At a higher-order level, digital transformation proliferates changes in society and industries through agile customer experience and enhanced business capabilities. It is not merely about technology adoption and use but also entails a strategic mindset to reimagine and reinvent the core business.
